The gears in speed increasing box attaches great importance to life and safe. The precision of gear is required to GB5, and the roughness of tooth surface is less than 0.5 (the highest requirement of the roughness of tooth surface of high-speed gear is Ra0.2). For ultrasonic inspection, magnetic particle inspection, grinding burn and other special processes, the customer also adopts the highest standard in the industry in terms of personnel qualification and defect determination. In order to avoid the risk of broken teeth, new inspection techniques such as phased array inspection for finished products are introduced.
